Use:

Move the metal detector close to a metal object and you will hear a beeping sound. Now, swing the MD-1009 back and forth slowly, while keeping the double coil level and about 2 cm above the ground. It is important to move the detector slowly, otherwise you may miss finding something. While you are searching, the icon on the LCD information screen will be spin, and the text message will read ‘search’. When the detector finds a metal object, it will beep and the LCD screen icon will stop spinning. The text message will now read ‘metal found’.
